What is Covered Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during your first year of ownership. This includes:
Faulty or broken zippers (excluding damage caused by forced closure).
Unraveling seams or stitching defects.
Hardware failures, such as broken handles or strap attachments.
What is NOT Covered Because our bags are designed to travel the world with you, some signs of use are to be expected. Our warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear: Minor scuffs, scratches, or the natural breakdown of PU leather and materials over extended use.
Cosmetic Damage: Makeup spills, foundation stains, liquid leaks, or discoloration inside or outside the bag.
Misuse & Abuse: Damage caused by extreme overstuffing, forcing zippers, improper cleaning (e.g., machine washing), or exposure to extreme heat or chemicals.
Accidental Damage: Cuts, tears, or punctures caused by sharp objects or mishandling by airlines/transit authorities.
Unauthorized Alterations: Any modifications or repairs made by a third party.
Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from unauthorized resellers, second-hand platforms, or gifted without a valid order number from sundaystatus.com.
How to Make a Claim If you believe your SundayStatus bag has a manufacturing defect, we are here to make it right. Please follow these simple steps to submit a claim:
Include your full name and Order Number in the subject line (e.g., Warranty Claim - Order #12345).
Provide a brief description of the issue.
Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect, along with at least one photo showing the entire bag.
Our Resolution Process Once our team receives and reviews your claim, we will respond within 1-3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement of the same or a comparable item, or a refund/store credit at our discretion. SundayStatus reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims.
